The Basics of Buying & Navigating on eBay

Course Description:

This course is designed to teach new users how to successfully navigate and utilize eBay, as well as provide the fundamental skills needed to bid on and purchase items. You will become a registered user of eBay and  PayPal during this class. If you do not have accounts set up, please wait until class to set up your accounts with my assistance. This is part of the course.

If you have existing eBay and PayPal accounts, be sure and bring ALL user id’s and passwords to class. Also, bring your email password to class as you will need it.

This is the place to start if you are not familiar with eBay and eventually want to learn to sell items on the world's largest Internet marketplace.

• Course Fee - $75.00, includes book and materials!
• 1 Day Class: 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m.
• Taking this course will prepare you for Level II - Basics
   of Selling on eBay!
• You must bring these items to class:
       1-All User Id’s and Password for all existing accounts (see
         above)
       2-Checkbook
       3-Debit Card/Credit Card

To determine whether you need to take Level I or to determine if you can start at Level II, answer the following:

Do you have an eBay and PayPal account?

     IF NO - Take Level I - Basics of Buying & Navigating
     IF YES - Have you bought on eBay?

                 IF NO - Take Level I - Basics of Buying & Navigating
                 IF YES - Take Level II - Basics of Selling

Level 2 - The eBay Way
The Basics of Selling on eBay

Course Description:

This course is an introduction to selling on eBay, the fastest
growing e-commerce site on the Internet and in the world!

• Learn the basics of how to create eye-catching listings of items you wish to sell
• Learn how to list these items on the eBay website
• Learn how to determine the selling price of your item(s)
• Learn how to research and track items you are selling
• Learn how to use PayPal to accept secure online payments
• Learn how to monitor listings and complete transactions as a professional seller

This course is geared toward those wanting to learn more tips and tricks on eBay and become a successful seller!

This can be the beginning of a new and independent career for you
 or an expansion into the global market for an existing business.

• 1 Day Class: 9:00a.m.-3:30p.m.
• This course will also prepare you for Level III - Beyond the Basics!

 To determine whether you need to take Level I or to determine if you can start at Level II, answer the

Do you have an active eBay and PayPal account AND have experience using both as a buyer on eBay recently?

        IF NO - Please Take Level I - Basics of Buying & Navigating
         IF YES - Please feel free to take Level II – Basics of Selling on
                         eBay

NOTE: Before taking Level 2, please make sure you are comfortable
             purchasing items on eBay and confident with your computer

Level 3 - The eBay Way
Beyond The Basics

Course Description:

In "Beyond The Basics", you will:

• Learn how to increase your presence on eBay and expand your eBay business!
• Learn how to choose the right listing format!
• Learn how to create compelling listings by using eBay listing tools with ease!
• Learn how to market your eBay business using the many free tools provided by eBay!
• Learn the benefits of opening an eBay store and open yours while in class!
• Learn more about how to utilize PayPal as a valuable business tool!
• Much, Much More!

 You can open an eBay store during this course & learn howto take advantage of eBay's tools that optimize your store into search engines such as Google, Yahoo, etc. These tools help your eBay store appear in search results when the world searches for your keywords!

•  1 Day Class: 9:00am-3:00pm
• Course Fee - $95.00, includes book and materials

 Level II "The Basics of Selling" Course
 is required before taking Level III *

The eBay Way
Review Course

This is an extra course that is tailored to each individual student’s needs. After taking any of the above courses, a student may sometimes need a “refresher” course to review certain eBay listing tools, research, marketing tools, store setup, etc. 

I offer this course to accommodate each student according to where they are in their eBay business. Together we can determine what is needed to advance to the next level.

This course is offered to those that have completed at least one (1) Level of "The eBay Way" as a student of mine.  I usually teach this course one on one! 

• Course Fee: $65.00, Usually 10 a.m.-3:00p.m.
• This course is taught only at Bouch Lab
