I have been self-employed since college. I am a clothing designer: I developed and marketed my own line of Couture clothing for 17 years. I had showrooms in New York, Chicago and a storefront in my hometown of Lafayette, as well as my own manufacturing company. I retired when I met my husband and we decided to start a family. Our son was my inspiration in restarting my career.
After becoming a mom, I developed a unique and practical line of baby gear, which we sold on eBay. After deciding to homeschool our son, I decided to retire from designing altogether and enjoy my new career as homeschool mom and Education Specialist trained by eBay.
As one of the top rated eBay Education Specialists in the U.S., I have thoroughly enjoyed showing other people as well as businesses how to be successful eBay sellers and store owners!

As an apparel designer, I gave many presentations on my craft and I enjoyed sharing new ideas and techniques with people. After attending "ebay Live" in the summer of 2004, I jumped at the chance to become an Education Specialist trained by eBay through Power U.
Inspired by my love of efficiency and teaching others, I am developing a new and exciting course, Internet Security and Google Basics. I believe that most people are not utilizing Google Tools to their fullest potential personally nor for business.
We have a computer lab in our home, I teach up to 5 students per course. At Bouch Lab, we have fiber and a wireless network. Students are welcome to bring their own laptop to class; however, if you do not have a laptop, you are welcome to use one of our computers.
